  • DR. LAL PATH LABS BANGLADESH PVT. LTD shall extend a discount of 25%
  • (Twenty Five Percent) on the local test prices of DR. LAL PATH LABS BANGLADESH PVT. LTD prevalent at any given point of time to the Employee & Dependents of the Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, during the subsistence of this Agreement. Nevertheless, the Patients/Customers need to mandatorily present their issued Sheefa Card / Health Card ID (hardcopy/soft copy), in order to avail such discount(s).

  • 1. DISCOUNTS
  • 1.1. Discounts to all In-patient Insured Members:
  • a.  Discount Facility (For “FILICL” Policy Holder): IPD Patient Only
  • i. 25% discount on all Pathological, Biochemical, Immunological test.
  • ii. 20% discount on all kind of imaging test likes MRI, CT scan, X-Ray, Ultra sonogram, Endoscopy, Echo & ECG etc.
  • iii. 10% discount on Bed rent (including General Bed, Cabin, ICU, HDU, NICU)

  • Discounts:                                                                                                                                                            
  •  The Hospital will allow the following discounts on the Hospital & Diagnostic bills (In-Patient, Out-Patient & based on GOP) to the employees, dependents & clients of Fareast Life on production of proper identification (ID card, Sheefa Card/Health Card etc.) issued by the company:
  • 30% Discount on all kinds of Pathology test (Without PCR test).
  • 20% Discount on all kinds of Radiology & Imaging test.
  • 10% Discount on Bed Rent Without Special Care Unit.

  • 1.  PRIVILEGED SERVICES AND DISCOUNT:
  • The “Diagnostic Center” will allow following discounts for the “Clients” of Fareast Islami Life on production of proper identification issued by the company:
  • 1. Padma Diagnostic Center Ltd shall allow 25% discount facilities in all pathological tests carried out in the Laboratory.
  • 2. Padma Diagnostic Center Ltd shall allow 15% in radiology and other diagnostic tests X-ray, CT scan, MRI, USG, ECG, ECHO, ETT, and Endoscopy & Colonoscopy.
  • 3. Padma Diagnostic Center Ltd L shall allow discount to corporate client’s Staff / Employees / Policyholder, their Dependent family (Spouse, Children up to 18), parents (Father & Mother)
  • 4. In the above-mentioned cases, Patient Registration charge, Doctor’s consultancy fees, medicines, disposables, Fibro scan, dental, promotional rates, Ambulance and all other package prices would be excluded from the discount facilities.
  • 5. Not allowed any discount on Gov’t fixed rate like, CBC, Dengue etc.

  • No OPD Discount
  • CASHLESS SERVICES UNDER GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT (GOP) TO HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS (IPD).
